- Some volunteers drop out due to lack of supervision and support, caused by TKMOAMS not having enough human resource and transport.
- Maintain their commitment and motivation. As the current incentive is not sustainable.
- There is need for TKMOAMS to mobilise more resources for its activities
- TKMOAMS need to encourage volunteers to embark on income generating activities.
- There is a need for TKMOAMS to expand its activities in areas/regions not yet covered by TKMOAMS or other Home Based Care providers.
